You'll go where the company needs you most—stepping into large-scale roofing projects across multiple states and leading them from the front. This is a role for a confident field leader who thrives in motion, knows how to command a crew, and doesn't need hand-holding. You'll be deployed on jobs that demand sharp instincts, strong organization, and the ability to hit the ground running. Why This Role is Built for You: All Travel Covered: Company provides per diem, lodging, and travel expenses when working away from home base Career Expansion: Be part of the core team tapped for the company's most high-profile jobs Autonomy & Ownership: You're not babysat—you're trusted to lead and deliver Stability with Variety: Consistent work, strong pay, and the chance to see new places and build your resume with every project What You'll Be Doing: Leading field operations on commercial roofing projects across multiple states Coordinating labor, materials, and scheduling to keep projects efficient and on time Managing field crews and foremen with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality Representing the company at site meetings with GCs, engineers, and clients Solving jobsite issues as they arise—creatively, independently, and effectively Maintaining tight communication with project management while keeping boots on the ground What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent Mastery of TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, coatings, metal, and hot/cold applied systems Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience on complex or secure sites (military, government, hospital, high-rise) OSHA-certified with a strong safety-first mindset Valid driver's license & U.S. work eligibility Willingness to travel frequently and be away for stretches of time (home base location flexible) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Compensation & Perks : Base Salary: $90,000–$115,000 + performance-based bonuses Per Diem Provided: Daily per diem for meals + company-covered lodging for out-of-town jobs All Travel Paid: Flights, mileage, accommodations—company handles logistics Company Vehicle: Fully equipped truck, gas card, laptop, and phone Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA 401(k) with Match Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Relocation Support: Available if relocating closer to a central hub This isn't a desk job.
