They are actively seeking experienced and growth-oriented financial advisors who are ready to scale their impact with a dynamic team and shared success model. We're seeking a driven and experienced Financial Advisor & Business Developer to join our client's expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven book of business, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients all while collaborating within a high-performance team. This is more than a traditional advisory role. You'll benefit from operational support, equity opportunities, and access to senior-level resources to help you land and manage complex relationships. Responsibilities
: Build and manage your personal book of business, with a focus on high-net-worth (HNW) clients Deliver comprehensive financial planning, portfolio analysis, and strategic investment recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to close complex deals and provide exceptional client service Represent the firm's values, growth strategy, and team-based client model Participate in strategic growth planning Work toward leading or establishing a branch office in a high-growth market Qualifications
: 1-3 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor Series 7 and 66 licenses required $250K+ in trailing 12-month revenue Minimum 10 HNW clients (>$1MM in household advisory relationships) 10+ financial plans completed in the past 12 months $25MM+ in current total Assets Under Management (AUM) Strong understanding of industry trends and desire to grow within an equity-sharing model Clear, confident communication skills and a passion for wealth management Compensation & Growth Path
