Family Medicine Physician needed for an outpatient FQHC community health system in Queens. Organization is very mission-driven with emphasis on pediatric and women's health care. Job Function: The organization provides full service primary care, dental, and mental health services to the communities of need. Providers provide routine primary care, wellness assessments, and references for specialty care. Provide patient care to patients of all ages. Evaluate patients medication needs, write prescriptions. Provide patient education around health promotion, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
