Are you currently pursuing your certification as a BCaBA or BCBA
and looking to take the next step in your professional journey? Trevor’s Place is now accepting applications for our RBT Fieldwork Supervision Position — a structured and supportive opportunity for individuals enrolled in ABA coursework and seeking supervised experience under a BCBA. Position Overview: This full-time apprentice position provides qualified candidates with intensive supervision, mentorship, and hands-on experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), preparing them to become confident, competent professionals in the field. Qualifications: To be eligible, applicants must: Be a Registered Behavior Technician in good standing with the BACB. Have completed at least 600 hours of restricted fieldwork under BCBA supervision.
Be currently enrolled in a verified course sequence or an approved Master’s/Doctoral ABA program (if coursework is required).
Be able to work a full-time schedule (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).
Review and understand the Fieldwork Supervision Contract prior to the interview, and demonstrate comprehension during the interview process.
Have no more than two semesters remaining in their academic program at the time of application.
