We are seeking dedicated and skilled Assemblers to join our team on the 1st shift. As an Assembler, you will work on assigned lines with rotations, assembling parts into high-quality products using tools and fixtures. You will be involved in hand assembly, sub-assemblies with power tools, and ensuring quality through inspection and testing. Responsibilities

Assemble parts per work instructions into high-quality products. Perform sub-assemblies using power tools. Hand assemble small parts. Utilize test equipment to ensure correct assembly. Visually inspect parts and products for defects. Use workstation computers to read schedules, match parts to work orders, view instructions, and scan parts into inventory software. Work with insulation in some assembly lines, with PPE provided. Essential Skills

At least 6 months of assembly experience. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Experience with mechanical assembly. Familiarity with assembly line operations. Why Work Here?

The work environment includes a climate-controlled, large, and clean facility. Assemblers work on a staggered 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with start time 5:30 am. The company provides PPE for tasks involving insulation. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Randolph, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
