Maintenance Technician
$32-47/hr Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, or packaging industries. The ideal candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment, including case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers. Proficiency in working with electrical systems, including 480VAC and 24VDC power, is essential. The role also involves operating and maintaining Treated Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems and repairing various equipment such as Air Dryers, Cappers, Blenders, and Nitrogen Injection Systems. Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with RO systems, UV systems, and Siligan Vision systems. Proficiency in machine maintenance on fillers, line seamers, x-ray systems, case coders, and labelers. Experience with aseptic fillers. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain high-speed machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of pneumatics and industrial machine maintenance. Experience in PLC troubleshooting and steam equipment. Pay and Benefits
