Welder
We are seeking skilled MIG/TIG Welders to join our production team. The focus is on efficiency and quality. You will work primarily on a weld table using jigs for higher volume projects. The ideal candidate will produce quality MIG/TIG welds that minimize the need for post-work such as grinding or polishing, and possess the ability to fabricate and fit parts for custom projects when necessary. Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding in a production environment with a focus on efficiency. Utilize jigs and weld tables for higher volume projects. Produce quality TIG welds with minimal need for finishing work. Fabricate and fit parts for custom projects as required. Perform TIG welding on thin stainless steel. Read blueprints and use tape measures to set up projects in the jigs. Essential Skills: Minimum of 1 year experience in MIG/TIG welding. Ability to weld thin gauge metals, particularly stainless steel sheet metal. Proficiency in reading blueprints and using a tape measure. Comfortable working in a production environment focused on timely welds. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience in fabrication and fitting parts is a plus. MIG welding experience is a plus to assist in other areas or products. Why Work Here? You'll work with a variety of machines including laser cutters, brakes, punches, weld machines, and material handling equipment. Available shifts are 1st shift (7am-3pm, M-F) at Buildings 1 and 2, and 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, M-F) at Building 1. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $28.75/hr.
