Maintenance Mechanic
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. This role involves maintaining and performing preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and other equipment. Schedule: Night shift schedule 6pm to 6am (2-2-3 rotation shift) Pay: $30-39.00 per hour based off experience and skills Responsibilities: Support and maintain all company policies including ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, and Continuous Improvement. Install and perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment such as closing machines and feeder bowls. Recondition used equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot hydraulic, automation, vision, and electrical systems on injection molding machines to ensure continuous production. Decommission any machine or equipment that is unsafe or likely to deteriorate with continued use. Essential Skills: 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Proficiency in troubleshooting and interpreting blueprints. Mechanical and electrical skills. Experience with hydraulic systems. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Experience with Injection Mold Machinery is a plus. Familiarity with automation and vision systems. Why Work Here?
