Maintenance Electrician
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician with expertise in high voltage systems, instrumentation, and programmable logic controllers. Your role will involve maintaining controls and instrumentation for high-speed manufacturing equipment and performing general electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant facility equipment. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and perform electrical/mechanical maintenance repairs on plant equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic repairs. Repair production line equipment such as conveying systems, bagging systems, and palletizing systems. Execute electrical/mechanical maintenance duties and assist in the installation of machinery and equipment. Cut and weld metals, including light steel fabrication. Perform inspections and adjustments on plant manufacturing equipment. Assist in diagnosing malfunctions and unplanned breakdowns on machinery and equipment. Read, analyze, and decipher process flows and equipment diagrams. Work with 120-480V motors and read blueprints and schematics. Essential Skills: High level of electrical knowledge. 5-8 years of industrial manufacturing electrical/maintenance experience preferred. Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and programming. Experience in high voltage and high-speed manufacturing environments. Ability to read diagrams, product descriptions, and maintain preventive maintenance records.
