The Digital Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional technology programs in support of our global supply chain initiatives. This role will oversee planning, governance, and delivery across multiple interrelated projectssuch as system integrations, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation efforts tied to manufacturing, logistics, and procurement. Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid What You Will Do: Provide program-level leadership and oversight for IT initiatives that enable supply chain transformation, including ERP enhancements, WMS/MES implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and data integration platforms Lead cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies across supply chain, operations, finance, and IT to deliver strategic outcomes aligned with business priorities Define and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, risk management frameworks, and change control processes to ensure successful program execution Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of scope, timeline, and objectives Drive program governance and reporting through executive steering committees, stakeholder updates, and metrics-based performance tracking Identify and manage key risks and issues across the program portfolio, escalating as needed to ensure resolution without business disruption Develop and maintain program-level documentation, dashboards, and communication plans to ensure clarity and transparency Ensure compliance with IT security, regulatory, and data governance requirements in all program activities Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for standardization, efficiency, and repeatable frameworks across IT project execution What's In It For You: Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or other related field 8+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, including large-scale, cross-functional IT programs Demonstrated experience leading initiatives that impact supply chain functions such as manufacturing, logistics, or procurement Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects within manufacturing or supply chain environments Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), procurement processes, or logistics platforms Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer contributions matching 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2% of employee contributions Company provided life insurance + optional employee paid voluntary life insurance, dependent life coverage and voluntary accident coverage Short term and long-term disability 3 weeks of paid time off for new employees + 11 company paid holidays Vacation accrues on a monthly basis, unless applicable federal, state and local law requires a faster accrual Paid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law Paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 - $166,000 (+ 15-20% bonus) in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
