3:30 PM (Daylight Shift) Optional Overtime: Fridays (half days), Saturdays & Sundays (voluntary) Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders to join our team in a clean, spacious steel fabrication shop. This is a daylight role focused on short arc MIG welding on stainless steel and Flux Core welding in the 3G position. You'll be responsible for fitting and fabricating parts based on blueprints and work instructions, and operating essential shop equipment including grinders, punch presses, and shears. Responsibilities

Perform short arc MIG welding on stainless steel components Execute Flux Core welding in the 3G position with precision Read and interpret blueprints and detailed work instructions Fit and fabricate parts to meet exact specifications Operate grinders, punch press, and shears safely and efficiently Qualifications

Prior experience with short arc MIG and Flux Core welding (3G position) Ability to read and follow blueprints and fabrication instructions Familiarity with basic shop tools and fabrication equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $56160.00/yr. PTO: Year 1-5: 3 Weeks. Year 6-10: 4 Weeks. Year 11+: 5 Weeks. Two medical plans to choose from, a preferred provider organization (PPO) plan and a High Deductible Health. Dental, Vision, and HSA plans available as well as 401k options. Workplace Type
