Enrollment Management - Admissions Document Processor

Charleston, South Carolina A Document Processor will perform all duties associated with document intake processing for student applications in the Office of Enrollment Management. This is a part time temporary position. Under general supervision of the Assistant Director of University Admissions, this position independently performs a variety of detailed, specialized duties associated with document intake processing while exercising sound judgment in the application of established office practices and procedures. Job Duties: Download, scan and link all admissions documents. Monitor and maintain document imaging system. (35%) Route and distribute scanned/linked/recorded paper and electronic documents, including items received by way of the general Admissions email account, appropriately. (35%) Perform detailed data entry for received admissions documents. (25%) Update standard operating procedure manual for area of expertise and create additional procedures to consider changes in policies and procedures. (5%) Minimum Requirements: There are no minimum training or experience requirements for this class. Some positions require a commercial driver's license. Some positions require a minimum typing score of 35 corrected words per minute and typing test on file unless otherwise stated. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform job functions while standing.
