Job Details:
Potentially running Scrum ceremony, running refinement ceremonies/taking control of that meeting when the work pertains to them Testing (UAT/Validation); Meetings with design, requirements gathering, some analytics if possible Focused more on Product SDLC rather than Tech SDLC Digital Pharmacy Team - patient-facing in the digital realm; responsible for the patient experience - website, app, text message, email, push notifications, etc Work with Pharmacy business to make sure we are accomplishing what their goals are, as well as making sure patients can self-serve in refilling prescriptions, getting status updates, setting preferences, or any other digital function that pertains to pharmacy Qualifications :
Desire to get their "foot in the door" of product; interested in Product Management; can ask leading questions; have conversations with engineering and find out what you don't know - translate into requirements A self-started who will take ownership of their work and support team Analytical skills, can dive into data (could analyze an export from engineering team) Experience related to Marketing/UX to bring that lens to this work Core SDLC and Agile Skills Years of Experience: 3-5 minimum

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
