Systems Engineer
Solidus is hiring a Systems Engineer. This role will utilize and grow your knowledge with regards to clarification of requirements, system engineering analyses, algorithm development, requirements definition and derivation, interface definition, and requirement validation and verification. This is an onsite role based in Aurora, CO. Clearance Requirements:
US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance
Willingness to undergo comprehensive background investigation Day in the Life:
Provide technical analyses and define how the system works creating use cases
Decompose requirements, define system interfaces and help determine how requirements will be validated and verified by the test team
Provide engineering support for the execution of a portion of the programs test program including test processes and baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation
Support regression testing across deliverable releases to the program baseline.
Support and attend technical reviews and technical interchanges in support of the program Key Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas: operations concept development; requirements management; functional analysis/synthesis; interface definition and control; verification and validation Benefit selection, customer contractual specifications, relevant work experience, skills, competencies, certifications, and clearance status will influence the final salary.
