Warehouse Worker
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is critical in maintaining an organized, smooth, and safe warehouse operation, contributing to the overall success of the team. Candidates are expected to manage materials with only a two-hour lead time for production, requiring high production goals each hour. Responsibilities
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for 50% of the shift. Perform material handling by hand, cleaning, and other assigned duties for the remaining shift. Utilize warehouse management systems and work in distribution settings. Balance multiple processes to support overall system efficiency. Package, control inventory, operate RF scan guns, pick and pack orders, manage shipping and receiving, handle materials, and operate pallet jacks. Conduct quality control and checks, inventory management, and order processing. Essential Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in storage processes and production support. Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience, ideally with stand-up electric forklifts. Forklift certifications verified through references. Experience with warehouse management systems. Ability to maintain production metrics and standards. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $21.74 - $21.74/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
