Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for Corona Division
You will serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for Corona Division contracts supporting Command Departments and staff. You will be the lead integrator with the Contracts Department, O and MS, and Comptroller in developing, coordinating, and executing all the Command Departments acquisitions and contractual packages. You will provide oversight necessary to ensure deadlines are met for all contractual packages. You will manage all the data within the Long-Range Acquisition Estimate to ensure validity for each fiscal year to properly execute new and current service contracts. You will ensure all technical requirements are provided in the Technical Data Package (TDP) and contract packages with terminology consistent with financial and acquisition regulations, laws, procedures, rules, and guidelines. You will be accountable for preparing status reports and dashboard metrics on progress in meeting established milestones and deadlines for completion of procurement and related assignments. Must be a US Citizen. Must be determined suitable for federal employment. Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. For the NT-05 pay band: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating and monitoring contract requirements to provide technical guidance, plan and develop contractual packages, and conduct contract analysis and technical data reviews for a warfare activity. For the NT-04 pay band: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing contract requirements to develop contractual packages and conduct technical data analysis for a warfare activity. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: For the NT-04 pay band only: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree; OR Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled; OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
