The Executive Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for one or many executives in Aerospace & Electronics. Essential Functions
Proactively manage Outlook calendar and regularly perform schedule maintenance Schedule internal and external meetings Manage mail and package delivery Coordinate appropriate materials for meetings, appointments and presentations Coordinate complex global and domestic travel arrangements; may involve organizing multi-city travel schedules/itineraries, and travel documents (Visas, passports) Compile, create and maintain various reports, databases and charts using software applications Partner with management to build a collaborative working environment while promoting leadership, exercising good judgment and professionalism Train and mentor other Administrative Assistant employees Any other task assigned by supervisor or management Non-Essential Functions
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the quality and efficiency of work and aid management in the implementation of organizational change Minimum Qualifications
Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience supporting an executive level position(s) Knowledge: High level MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Skills/Abilities: Strong customer service, interpersonal, and leadership skills; Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently; Demonstrated pro-active approach and flexibility with change; Ability to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and outside professionals Education/Certification: Two-year degree or equivalent Eligibility Requirement: This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Additionally, as a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Applicants selected could be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Preferred Qualifications

Standard office environment Work requires substantial visual concentration on detail Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes Flexible and willing to work overtime outside of typical office hours if necessary Standing: 5% *percentage is approximate and may vary depending on work task Sitting: 95% *percentage is approximate and may vary depending on work task Lifting (in pounds): up to 25 pounds Pushing (in pounds): up to 25 pounds Mental/Visual: use of computer and basic office equipment Workspace: cubicle/desk Top Benefits
