As a CNC Swiss Machinist, you'll perform full set-ups, troubleshoot machines, and work with tight tolerances of 0.0002. You'll handle a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, titanium, and brass. Live tooling experience is highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines Read and interpret complex prints Maintain precision tolerances Manage setups and production runs (1005,000 parts) Qualifications: 2+ years in medical/aerospace machining Experience with live tooling or multi-axis machines Strong understanding of CNC programs and tooling for exotic metals Job Description: Lathe Machinist
As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you'll work with advanced equipment including Nakamura, Puma, and Doosan lathessome with dual spindles and twin turrets. You'll perform full set-ups and maintain tolerances of 0.0002 in a fast-paced job shop setting. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC lathes Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues Read complex prints and layouts Handle varied production runs (1005,000 parts) Qualifications: 3+ years of CNC lathe setup experience 2+ years in medical/aerospace machining Live tooling/multi-axis experience preferred Strong knowledge of tooling applications and CNC program interpretation Compliance Requirements

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $83200.00/yr. - Climate Controlled and super clean - Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%) - 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that - Average tenure is 10+ years - 12% shift differential - Life Insurance - Health, dental, vision, etc... (their benefits for a single person are very phenomenal) - Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.
