: As the Executive Assistant, Finance you will be responsible for supporting members of the Finance Leadership team based at the Company's headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This position provides hands-on support and partnership to our VP- Chief Accounting Officer, VP

Tax and Treasurer, VP

Strategic FP&A and Financial Reporting and VP

Internal Audit. This role involves managing daily activities and providing various complex administrative services in a proactive and detail-oriented way. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and ready to take initiative. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is an office-based role in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for each executive, including managing an calendar appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. Coordinates review and execution of documents, including tax filings, financial statements, banking arrangements and other documents as they relate to the Finance leaders. Understands the annual business and financial cycle and anticipates the executives' needs regarding preparation for and scheduling of activities. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Finance leaders and other senior leaders, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting internal communications, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Finance Leaders' ability to effectively manage responsibilities. Supports preparation and distribution of Board-level materials in accordance with prescribed timelines. Assists in preparing general, statistical, and presentation correspondence; proofreads requests, and organizes project, documentation, and filing needs for the Finance Leaders. Manages documentation and other confidential matters. Provides back-up assistance for Executive Administrative team, as needed. Education and Experience Associate's degree required, with Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives. Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams and Forms), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
