Customer Experience Administrator
Location: Oak Brook, IL (Hybrid
in office TuesThurs, remote Mon & Fri; office relocation to Oak Brook in 2026) Industry: Financial Services / Fleet Management Pay: $22

Job Description: The Customer Experience Administrator will support the Account Management team with daily administrative and client-facing tasks. This role ensures smooth operations by assisting with customer inquiries, processing documents, and supporting internal teamsall while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for account managers and customer accounts. Respond to customer and driver calls and emails in a professional manner. Assist with account setup processes and coordinate with internal departments. Manage documents such as certificates of insurance, bills of sale, and fuel/maintenance cards. Generate reports, update records, and maintain accurate data. Contribute to ongoing projects to improve client service and operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 1+ year of customer service or client-facing experience (non-call center preferred). Hospitality or account management background is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, with strong basic Excel skills. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Polished, professional, and collaborative demeanor.
