If you're a skilled nurse with PCC (PointClickCare) experience who enjoys working in a positive and team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do: Provide high-quality care and support to residents Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Accurately document in PCC to ensure smooth communication and care coordination Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, therapists, and other staff to provide the best outcomes for residents Bring compassion, patience, and positivity to every shift What We're Looking For: Active California LVN license PCC experience required Strong communication and teamwork skills Dedication to resident-centered care Why Join Roseville Care Center?
