Lathe Machinist
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist to join our team and work primarily with dual spindle and triple turret CNC lathes equipped with live tooling. Responsibilities: Perform tool changes and offsets on CNC lathes. Edit and troubleshoot programs using G & M codes. Conduct 1-3 machine set-ups per week for work orders ranging from 20 to 10,000 parts. Ensure parts are produced to tight tolerances of +/- 0.0001". Check and verify the quality of your own parts. Essential Skills: 5+ years of machining experience, including working with multi-axis lathes. Ability to set up machines from scratch. Proficiency in GD&T and CNC program editing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with dual spindle and triple turret CNC lathes. Familiarity with live tooling systems. Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus. Why Work Here?
