Join our team as a welder where you will perform MIG welding primarily on structural steel with occasional work on stainless steel. You'll have the opportunity to fabricate and fit parts together from blueprints, and all welding will be done in horizontal and vertical positions. Utilize overhead cranes to position materials and tack beams in place. If you do not already possess it, you will receive AWS certification. Your role will also involve using hand and power tools to ensure parts fit together accurately, as well as performing some grinding, torch cutting, and finishing. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on structural steel and occasional stainless steel. Fabricate and fit parts together from blueprints. Conduct welding in horizontal and vertical positions. Utilize overhead cranes to position materials and tack beams in place. Use hand and power tools for part assembly. Perform grinding, torch cutting, and finishing tasks. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding. Experience with blueprint reading. Capability in vertical welding. Ability to weld on structural steel. Minimum of two years of working experience or a graduate from welding school with AWS certifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have own basic tools (screwdrivers, wrench, tape measure, pliers, etc.). Why Work Here?

Work the 1st shift from 5:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with optional hours on Fridays. Emphasizing teamwork, you will collaborate daily with approximately 180 employees across manufacturing and office sectors. The dress code requires steel toe boots and safety glasses, and you must have your own tools. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
