General Production Worker
As a General Production Worker, you will follow work instructions to operate machines and testing equipment to build and assemble quality pumps for our customers. You will learn to gauge products, move materials within the cell work area, and replenish stock. You will also maintain production, quality, and equipment documentation as required, understand quality alerts, and report issues to the team lead. Additionally, you will be responsible for repairing defective or rejected production parts daily and analyzing defects to assist with corrective action programs. Responsibilities

Manufacturing background with a recent role in a production worker, operator, or assembler position for a total of 2 years. Good tenure at each previous position. Assembly experience in manufacturing. Ability to lift 40 lbs and physically handle pumps for stacking and shipping. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with gauging products. Familiarity with various machines such as hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, welding, hand tools, and assembly. Why Work Here?

Work in a newly renovated plant previously known as the Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers plant in Warren. The facility includes new electrical systems, CNC machining lines, conveyors, carousel assembly equipment, and robotic weld cells. The plant, part of a global automotive supplier, collaborates with major automotive companies like Ford, GM, Tesla, and FCA to support customers with new products for efficient hybrid and electrified powertrains. The work shifts are structured as follows: 8-hour shifts for the 1st shift from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, 2nd shift from 3:00PM to 11:30PM, and 3rd shift from 11:00PM to 7:30AM. Alternatively, 10-hour shifts are available with the 1st shift from 5:00AM to 3:30PM and the 2nd shift from 3:00PM to 1:30AM. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
