Machine Operator

We are seeking machine operators for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role involves operating machinery, moving tubs, hand grinding, deburring parts, and working on a grinding and straightening line. Candidates will also be responsible for heat treating parts using specific procedures and equipment. You will be working either independently or with a small team to complete tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

Operate machinery efficiently during the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Move tubs and perform hand grinding and deburring of parts. Conduct heat treating of parts by heating them and dipping them into a solution. Operate a grinding and straightening machine to straighten out shafts. Utilize screw conveyor/auger type machinery. Essential Skills

2+ years of manufacturing or industrial work experience preferred. Experience with machine operation. Basic math skills including addition and subtraction. Ability to be on your feet for 10-hour shifts. Stable work history. Mechanical inclination for potential growth in CNC learning. Preferred experience with steel and comfort in a dirty work environment. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.44/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
