Job Description
As a warehouse operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations at the end of the line. Your primary responsibilities include handling inventory, ensuring proper storage, and managing shipment transfers to the warehouse. This position requires a high level of dedication and proficiency to guarantee customer satisfaction while adhering to all legal and safety procedures. Responsibilities
Manage all activities and operations at the end of the line. Adhere to safety, process, and operational procedures for cutter and grinder. Complete paperwork and conduct SPC Tests every 30 minutes. Perform LT% checks every 15 minutes, making corrections as needed. Identify basic sheet faults and notify personnel of any extraordinary issues. Inform shift leader or line/operations manager about quality and process concerns. Execute Appendix changes including tape, PE, barcodes, AS/AF, etc. Replace tape and barcodes when depleted. Make adjustments to length and width specifications. Change pallets as needed. Modify Inkjet messages as required. Enter orders into the SAP system. Perform additional duties and activities as directed. Work Environment
Join a team of 270 internal employees across three buildings, where the line is managed as an individual entity. The company is expanding significantly, adding new lines to support growth, providing ample opportunity to increase responsibilities. Job Type & Location
This is a contract to hire position based out of New Smithsville, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
