Friday to Sunday, 5 AM to 5 PM, with training conducted Monday to Thursday, 5 AM to 3:30 PM for 4 to 8 weeks. Growth Opportunity Great pay Job Description We are seeking dedicated Press Operators/Machine Operators to join our weekend shift team. The role involves operating press machines and requires a focus on quality and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have experience in direct printing, although it is not a requirement. Responsibilities Operate the press machine effectively. Troubleshoot issues as needed without the need for initial setup. Load parts, set measurements, and start the press process. Prepare finished products and place them on pallets for shipping. Track work orders and maintain organization. Inspect parts for quality assurance. Utilize forklift experience to drive the pull truck or 'carpet puller'. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and machine operation. Ability to operate a sit-down forklift. Proficiency in using tape measures and mechanically inclined. Strong attention to detail and quality checks. Experience in assembly and printing is preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in direct printing is desired. Ability to perform color matching. Why Work Here?
