As a Senior Corporate Development Analyst, you will analyze, identify, prioritize, and pursue growth vectors with a heavy emphasis on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). In this role, you'll forecast the economic impact of capital allocation decisions and deliver data-backed insights that fuel our growth strategy. You'll prepare valuation analyses using both internal performance metrics and external market data to support strategic recommendations for our Executive Leadership Team to help guide our long-term capital allocation strategy. What You'll Do As a Senior Corporate Development Analyst: Support all aspects of the M&A analytics process, including market, financial, valuation, and synergy analysis to inform business case development, deal execution, and integration planning. Perform a variety of ad-hoc quantitative analysis to support deal structuring, capital allocation, and capital structure business cases. Drive the planning process for strategic projects and business initiatives (e.g., financial analysis of new products, new platforms, new verticals, and other potential growth opportunities). Develop clear and compelling presentations to communicate financial insights and strategic recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team and other senior stakeholders. Synthesize complex data and market intelligence into actionable insights that influence long-term strategy and inform high-priority decisions across the business. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Investor Relations, Analytics, Product, and Operations. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Accounting, or similar discipline preferred. At least 3 years of experience in relevant roles, such as Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or Venture Capital. Proficiency in financial modeling in Excel, including forecast development and valuations. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills using PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively across functional teams and levels of seniority to refine strategic recommendations and build consensus. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and work unsupervised in the absence of clear guidelines. Join Our Team

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 108,600.00 USD - 135,700.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
