M-F 9-5 pm; flexible Pay
$22/hour Job Description
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Coordinating mail flow in and out of office, receiving and distributing daily mail/deliveries Assortment, processing and filing of large volumes of legal documents and healthcare forms Sorting and reviewing of incoming faxes Assisting with supply inventory Collaborating with the Operations team by providing feedback to aid in the long-term success of the Office Services department Keeping financial records up to date Assisting in account analysis and account coding Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail, etc. Requirements
Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. What We Offer
