Maintenance Technician

This position involves electrical maintenance in a food-grade manufacturing facility. The role requires troubleshooting and repairing equipment, including conveyors, case packers, and other packaging equipment. This is a new facility, so you may need to contact equipment manufacturers to assist with troubleshooting. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair equipment within the facility. Work with conveyor systems, prox switches, sensors, motors, and AC/DC drives. Handle 3-phase 480v components. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Repair hydraulic components. Work on packaging equipment such as case packers. Potentially troubleshoot PLCs and read ladder logic. Essential Skills

5 years of electrical troubleshooting experience with switches and sensors. Ability to read prints and schematics. Experience with mechanical troubleshooting of conveyor systems. Experience with 3-phase motors. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Fabrication experience is beneficial. PLC troubleshooting experience is advantageous. Why Work Here?

This is a day shift role, working from Tuesday to Saturday, with hours from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
