Production Assembler
The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and assembling various industrial hoses. This role includes cutting hoses to length, adding specific fittings, using a heat gun to bond the hose to the fitting, utilizing coupling equipment to secure the fitting and hose together, performing quality checks, and packing and staging the product. As part of a smaller team, candidates must be comfortable taking on a variety of roles including assembly, shipping, cutting, and labeling. Responsibilities
Cut hoses to specified lengths. Assemble hoses with specific fittings. Use a heat gun to bond hoses to fittings. Utilize coupling equipment to secure fittings and hoses. Perform quality checks on finished products. Pack and stage products for shipping. Assist with various tasks as needed, including assembly, shipping, cutting, and labeling. Essential Skills
Experience in production/manufacturing (1+ years). Experience with basic hand and power tools (1+ years). Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Mechanical inclination and aptitude. Ability to work well in a small team setting and adapt to various roles. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly environment. Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools. Understanding of general mechanical concepts. Why Work Here?
