General Production Worker
This role offers the opportunity to work in various positions including paint line, laser operator, and metal finishing. Candidates will gain experience with cutting-edge equipment and processes. Responsibilities
Operate laser cutting machines, including 4 fiber lasers with 6000-watt capabilities, with training available for those with less experience. Work in the paint booth, managing paint and powder coating for metal products at a production rate of one metal bar per minute, under the supervision of a paint supervisor. Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications. Ensure safety protocols are followed, including wearing sleeves and safety protection while working in certain positions. Essential Skills
Experience with machine operation is beneficial but not mandatory. Powder coating experience is highly advantageous. Familiarity with laser machining and metal finishing processes. Ability to work overtime, as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Blueprint reading and paint preparation skills. Experience with cleanroom and CNC operations. General labor, assembly, and shipping experience. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
