Real Estate Attorney
licensed in Florida to join its growing legal team. This role is ideal for a highly professional, organized, and client-focused attorney with strong experience in title review, real estate closings, and legal document drafting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills, and be adept at managing multiple parties and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Location:
Tampa, Florida Duties: Conduct title reviews and resolve title issues for residential real estate transactions Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate matters and contractual obligations Draft and review purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and other related documents Represent clients at closings and throughout the entire transaction process Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations Maintain communication with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and title professionals Manage transaction timelines and resolve any disputes or concerns Perform legal research and stay updated on real estate law developments Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in real estate law High attention to detail and organizational skills Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions efficiently Exceptional responsiveness and client service orientation Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Must be a licensed notary public Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications: Active license to practice law in Florida (required) Notary Public certification (required) Skills: Title review and issue resolution Legal document drafting and analysis Effective communication and client relationship management Negotiation and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in real estate closing procedures and compliance Ability to work independently and in a team Strong time management and multitasking abilities Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience, with bonus opportunities Retirement plan options Paid holidays and vacation time Covered CLE expenses Annual firm trip Company Info: BCG Attorney Search 801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900 Miami, FL 33131 Phone: (305) 570-3575
