ERP & Information Systems Administrator Location:
Utah, United States (On-site) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and collaborative ERP & Information Systems Administrator to join our team on-site in Utah. This role supports the ongoing administration and enhancement of our Odoo ERP and other key business systems including financial software, CRM platforms, asset tracking, and contract management tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a basic understanding of finance, and be detail-oriented in documenting and implementing processes. This role is responsible for identifying areas of need where information systems can help and then leading the implementation of these systems. Reporting directly to the CTO, this position plays a critical role in supporting system functionality, resolving issues, managing feature changes, and driving process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: ERP & Business System Support:
Collaborate with the ERP Admin team to support Odoo ERP and additional platforms including financial systems, CRM tools, asset tracking, and contract management. Troubleshooting & Ticket Resolution:
Respond to and resolve user support tickets and troubleshoot system-related issues. Feature Testing & QA:
Assist in testing and validating complex feature changes, particularly those involving financial workflows or system integrations. System Implementation:
Participate in new system rollouts or upgrades, including planning, testing, and user training. Documentation & Process Development:
Develop clear documentation for system processes, SOPs, and training materials. Help implement best practices and standardized workflows. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, IT, finance, sales, and other teams to identify pain points and recommend improvements. Change Management & Adoption:
Support change management initiatives and assist users in adapting to system enhancements. Business Case Support:
Help prepare documentation and technical input for evaluating new tools and proposed system changes. Qualifications: Experience:
Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo) and information systems in a business setting. Previous exposure to manufacturing and serialized item management is a plus. Familiarity with financial operations and system workflows. Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of business systems and their integrations. Basic coding knowledge (Python, XML, SQL, or similar) is a plus. Experience supporting QA testing and deployment of system changes. Soft Skills:
Excellent documentation and process implementation skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Work Authorization:
Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States. Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of financial system testing and approval processes. Experience with reporting tools or dashboards.
