This role will be hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office, and applicants must be within a commutable distance to Midtown Manhattan, Dallas, TX, or Chicago, IL. Implementation and support duties for Eze Castle Integration tools. Gather monitoring requirements, define and configure alert thresholds, and ensure proper notifications are received by the appropriate teams to assist various technical teams. Develop dashboards and reports from information collected by the monitoring system, interpret data meaningfully, and follow up with stakeholders regarding account issues. Collaborate with network and administration teams to ensure new systems are built and deployed with proper monitoring configurations. Create and maintain monitoring scripts to automate common tasks. Document procedures and maintain documentation. Plan and define complex monitoring requirements and customizations. Customize Eze Castle Integration Tools for monitoring and alerts across applications in production and pre-production environments. Continuously evaluate the integrity of Eze Castle Integration Tools. Provide sales and pre-sales support, including participating in onsite and remote demos. Serve as an escalation point for infrastructure and provisioning issues related to Eze Castle Integration Tools. Work with lead engineers to monitor and improve alarm methodologies. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts. Regularly update documentation related to infrastructure and processes. Enhance knowledge around information security, focusing on phishing prevention. Position Requirements Experience with LogicMonitor, ConnectWise, and Secret Server. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of experience as a designer, engineer, or architect for Remote Monitoring and Management Tools. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with routers, firewalls, routing, segmented networks, and remote site connectivity. Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience with SNMP, including Trap Mapping and MIB development. Support experience for network/system devices and technologies. Knowledge of Data Center technologies. Experience with systems such as Windows, Linux, Cloud environments, Virtualization, Storage, Exchange, Active Directory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client and management expectations and resolve issues effectively. Ability to mentor and train engineers. Experience working with geographically distributed teams across time zones. Strong task distribution and coordination skills. Highly motivated, self-starter with a capacity for learning and delivering quality solutions. Maintain security awareness and proactively prevent security threats. Working Conditions Ability to work independently with moderate supervision. Work in a moderate noise environment. Travel for business when necessary and work beyond normal hours.
