Quicket Solutions, a fast growing government software company, is seeking a technical project manager with experience in enterprise SaaS or other complex software implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope for local government customers. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
Responsibilities
Technical requirements gathering and monitoring project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Test, deploy, and train clients prior to hand-off to support team Occasional travel (~10%) using personal vehicle or by air for client meetings, training, and team offsites. Most travel will be scheduled in advance Flexibility to work from home or from Chicago office Qualifications Experience with enterprise software implementations (familiarity with local government including law enforcement and courts is a plus) Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong communication skills: communicate confidently and authoritatively with a wide variety of stakeholders Proficient in Atlassian Jira, Excel, and other project management tools Must pass criminal background check for access to criminal justice information Currently located or willing to move to Illinois, Wisconsin, or Indiana
