Develop training and people development programs Develop strong working relationships with other aspects of the restaurant and retail operations Great Bakery General Manager Candidates bring: You are a COLLABORATOR, COMMUNICATOR, CRITICAL THINKER Minimum 5+ years general management experience in full-service (minimum $4M sales volume) Multi-Unit Experience Full knowledge and experience in managing the P&L Experience hiring, training and managing a team Enjoy being out meeting people, up-sell and promote the catering side of the business Is this you?
