We are seeking a Data Scientist to join the AI Center of Excellence team. This role involves designing and deploying AI/ML solutions that enhance customer experience, drive personalization, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and cloud-based deployment, along with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities: Research, prototype, and develop AI/ML solutions for personalized systems and user experiences. Build, deploy, and analyze AI models and conduct statistical experiments to validate performance. Stay current with emerging technologies, libraries, and frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, product, and systems design. Deliver high-quality research and engineering solutions on time. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in statistical data science techniques, feature engineering, and customer segmentation. 2+ years of experience with SQL, PySpark, and Python. 2+ years of experience training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models. Experience productionizing ML workloads in cloud environments (AWS or Azure). Familiarity with containerized application tooling and deployments (Docker/Kubernetes). Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Databricks platform.
