We’re looking to grow our team with a skilled Construction Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in complex, meaningful work. Role Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, schedules, and materials Ensure compliance with HCAI/OSHPD standards and regulatory requirements Oversee inspections, quality control, and project documentation Drive projects to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams Position Requirements 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Proven experience with HCAI/OSHPD-regulated projects and/or healthcare builds Strong understanding of TI construction scopes, phasing, and logistics Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms is a plus
