Our Cloud Management Platform is a public cloud-delivered management platform for Palo Alto Networks next-generation network security solutions. Its designed to be easy-to-use, scalable, and secure, enabling operationalization of complex deployments across our security portfolio. Your Impact Conceptualize, collaborate, and develop a highly scalable cloud Network Management System for managing devices and services at scale in hybrid deployments. Participate hands-on in developing the next configuration management architecture. Contribute to end-to-end delivery of solutions in collaboration with product management, development, and QA teams in a fast-paced environment. Build frameworks to improve the quality of microservices. Work with DevOps and Technical Support teams to investigate and resolve critical customer defects. Qualifications Your Experience 8+ years of experience in building large enterprise applications; 3+ years in technical leadership roles in major cloud applications or subsystems. Proven ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery. Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, peer review, and operations. Excellent programming skills in GoLang are required; C and Python are a plus. Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design and development; familiarity with Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration is required. Experience developing microservice-based solutions on public cloud infrastructure; Kubernetes experience is a plus. Experience building data management solutions with transactional data stores; knowledge of graph databases and enterprise software is desirable. Experience with network and security configuration management systems; appliance-based network management solutions experience is a plus. Education MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent, or military experience. Compensation Disclosure The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $185,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. Compensation may include stock units and bonuses.
