You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and will be responsible for delivering a differentiated product that addresses a business need and represents a viable business opportunity. You will work alongside our team of world class product managers, engineers, data scientists, marketers, UI/UX designers, and storefront team to own our new (soon to launch) mobile app. RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and execute the customer’s post-order, self-service, and customer service product experience Develop and actively maintain product roadmap to improve product in ways that have the biggest impact on company KPIs Work cross-functionally with business, UI/UX, data science, engineering, and other product leaders to prioritize development work and achieve roadmaps across different functional areas Develop innovative ways to use AI to improve both the customer’s experience and the CS team’s experience Be the scrum master and product owner (define stories and detailed specifications) in engineering sprints Manage risks in execution and scrappily unblock team to reach goals Define and monitor KPIs, making quick adjustments to ensure strong performance REQUIREMENTS: Overall 6+ years of experience with at least 3 years in product management role for ecommerce, marketplace, or other transactional products Track record of growth in prior roles Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics Deep user empathy and understanding of user experience requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capable of tackling ambiguous problems Proficiency in SQL to independently analyze data, uncover customer insights, and monitor key performance metrics Experience working in a high growth consumer business, whether eCommerce or other industries Experience working with geographically dispersed teams We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
