Job/Practice Description: Hematologist/Oncologist Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo) Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license Clinic 4 days/week, 1 administrative day/week (remote), 1:4 inpatient call 50% Hematology/50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostate Care team model, 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, 2 NPs Chemo certified RN's for inpatient chemotherapy administration Onsite Services ( Radiation Oncology; Infusion Therapy; Lab and Pharmacy - board certified oncology pharmacist onsite; Genetic Counseling; Clinical & Financial Navigation; Nutrition Services; Clinical Trials, Tumor Registry; GYN-Oncology; Social Work) Robust general surgery program and specialty services ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, GI Hospitalist service admits Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship
Profile Background: Board Certified / Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist Ability to hold an Ohio State License
