The
Associate Director of Recruitment and Admissions
manages all activities related to recruitment and admissions for the full-time, in-person Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program to ensure that we meet enrollment goals. The Associate Director is also part of the internal admissions operations team, which supports admissions operations for all programs within the Graduate & Executive Degree Programs Admissions portfolio.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
Develop and execute recruitment, events and admissions plans for the MSBA (full-time) program in order to recruit high quality potential students. Support all aspects of MSBA (full time) recruiting outreach including managing and executing the lead and applicant journey (answering all emails, telephone calls, and walk-in inquiries) and creating and implementing all procedures for recruitment outreach and follow-up with prospects. Ensure that all marketing content materials (both printed and online) are up to date and factually represent MSBA program goals. Create the email communication strategy and writing/sending emails within our marketing automation platform. Plan recruiting events such as on and off campus and online information sessions, traveling to represent MSB at recruiting fairs (domestically/internationally). Act as a liaison to other departmental units within the University such as the Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Services, assisting the Senior Director and Associate Dean with the preparation of data collection for recruitment forecasting. Work with other members of the internal admissions team to support oversight of the application system, interview scheduling platform, admissions processes, credential evaluation and ensuring seamless integration of admissions data with other University systems (Salesforce, Banner, OGS) for programs within the Graduate & Executive Degree Programs Admissions portfolio.
Work Interactions
This position reports to the Senior Director, Graduate & Executive Degree Programs Admissions and has one direct report, the Admissions Manager for the MSBA Online program. This position also interacts on an on-going basis with prospective and enrolling students by providing information in a professional and persuasive manner. The Associate Director will also coordinate with various Georgetown University offices, such as the Office of Financial Aid and the Veterans Affairs office. He/she will manage outside vendors for contracts (e.g., catering, events). It is essential that this individual be professional and knowledgeable about MSBA and all MSB offerings to best guide prospects during their exploratory journey.
Requirements And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required 3-5 years of experience Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills and strong team orientation Critical ability to multitask, prioritize and execute, strong attention for detail Experience in planning and managing a wide range of events and activities Must be comfortable with a large institution IT environment.
Preferred Qualifications (if Applicable)
Experience in higher education/admissions environment is highly desirable Familiarity with Banner and CRM tool like Salesforce preferred Comfort in working directly with executives at all levels and a desire to engage with international cultures

Pay Range
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$44,022.00 - $73,406.80
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
