Job Description Position Function: Common Services Architecture (CSA) encapsulates the technology platforms, models, services, data domains, and resources that interconnect Central Pacific Bank's digital estate. Reporting to the Director of Common Services Architecture, the Senior Systems Analyst will participate in the development, deployment, and management of integration technology platforms and applications supporting digital transformation across the enterprise. Performs all duties and interacts with internal and external customers in alignment with the Company's Core Values of a “Voyaging Spirit” and “Positively Ohana”. Demonstrates core competencies resulting in positive customer interactions, empowerment, and ownership, along with professional skills such as active listening, effective communication, action orientation, and thoroughness. Primary Accountabilities: System Development and Deployment

Perform technical system planning, analysis, and implementation of solutions within CSA technology areas. Develop and operationalize processes, services, workflows, and applications for internal and external integration. Create visual prototypes and proposals to communicate business needs. Develop automated testing and validation processes for deployment across environments. Build data integration models and mappings across enterprise sources and applications. Build data and object stores to support integration applications. Participate in CSA DevOps practices for continuous delivery. Identify and recommend new tools and platforms to meet evolving needs.

System and Application Administration

Maintain system administration and performance for production and non-production environments. Ensure security configuration standards are met. Monitor system performance and availability.

Business Analysis

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to elicit, translate, and prioritize requirements. Provide consultation on integration technologies to business units. Document requirements, process flows, and maintain repositories for compliance and audit.

Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: At least 4 years of experience developing, deploying, and supporting applications as a systems analyst, developer, or business analyst. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: Light physical work, lifting items up to 20 pounds. Proficiency with standard office equipment and applications. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and understand bank documents. Ability to work in an office setting with adaptability to different environments.
