What's on offer: · Job Type: Contract · Duration: 1 year (highly renewable) · Location: Central, Singapore · Client: End User Environment · 2 stage interview (1st round will be a test and 2nd round will be an interview) Job Summary: You will be part of a team responsible for the development, integration, and support of enterprise systems on the SAP Cloud HR platform, including BTP, SuccessFactors, Concur, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Your role involves gathering requirements, designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications within the SAP ecosystem. A key focus will be building end-to-end integrations across all SuccessFactors modules—such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, Payroll, and Time Management—using standard APIs and custom interfaces to connect with SAP ECC6, S/4HANA, Concur, and SAC. You'll also handle application support and issue resolution during office hours. Job Requirements: · Project experience with the following skills: SAP BTP development with a strong background in building and integrating enterprise-grade applications within the SAP ecosystem. At least 3 years in the SAP HR Cloud Platform, practical, proficient and strong expertise including hands-on for: o SAPUI5/Fiori development o Backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js o Developing full-stack applications using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), including extension projects and custom app development o Developing services using the SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model, aligned with SAP’s cloud-native architectural patterns o Comfortable working in polyglot environments, with hands-on experience across multiple runtimes (Java, Node.js) and hybrid application stacks o Proven experience with OData (v2/v4) APIs and SuccessFactors Compound Employee API o Solid understanding of REST and SOAP service principles (payloads, headers, WSDL/XSD, error handling) o Hands-on configuration experience with SAP BTP Cockpit and Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS) o Integration scenarios using SAP Integration Suite, including: Ø Cloud Integration (CPI) Ø IDocs for asynchronous communication with SAP ECC/S/4HANA Ø API Management, Cloud Connector o Familiarity with SAP Cloud Connector, destinations, JWT tokens, and app-to-app communication · Those with experience in the following will have an advantage: Hands-on familiarity or conceptual understanding of SAP Joule AI for intelligent business process enhancements or future-readiness in SAP ecosystem Exposure to SAP Event Mesh, SAP Work Zone, or SAP Mobile Services. Experience with Kyma, Docker, or Kubernetes (for advanced cloud-native scenarios). SAP BTP / Integration certifications. Working experience on SAP HR Functional modules including SG Payroll, Time, Expense and Travel Claims.
