Job Description: Our services partner is seeking a Senior Epicor Financials Consultant to join their team, focusing on implementing financial modules for Epicor Kinetic at manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epicor Financials, including core modules, and hands-on involvement in multiple ERP implementations. This role involves working directly with clients to assess business needs, configure solutions, and provide expert guidance to optimize their financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead Epicor ERP Financials implementations, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets modules, for manufacturing clients. Analyze clients' financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend tailored solutions using Epicor ERP. Conduct business process reviews, document current and future workflows, and recommend transitions to Epicor ERP. Configure Epicor Financials modules and train end-users to ensure effective adoption. Prepare functional specifications, business process flows, and testing scenarios. Collaborate with project managers and other consultants to meet project deadlines and scope. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, maintaining strong client relationships. Travel to client sites as needed for project phases, meetings, and support (approx. 40-50%). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Financial certifications (CPA, CMA) or relevant experience as Controller, CFO, or similar. 5+ years in a financial leadership role. Proven ERP implementation experience, especially with financials and multi-company environments. Strong understanding of financial processes, including month-end/year-end close, tax, and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Willingness to travel as needed (40-50%). Skills: Experience with tax tools like Avalara. Knowledge of financial reporting tools such as Spreadsheet Server, XL Connect, or Epicor Financial Planning and Analysis. Familiarity with Epicor Project Management Module, advanced billing, and costing methods (Standard, Average, FIFO).
