Cirrus is a HaaS technology enabled electronics provider that is changing the signage industry by building the first on-premise marketing platform to empower every brick and mortar business to grow. We initiated our mission with the goal of designing and producing outdoor digital signage more affordably. We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our Sales and Go-to-Market teams while partnering closely with hiring managers across the organization. You'll thrive here if youre data-informed, deeply curious, and genuinely excited to inspire talent to join a mission-driven, high-growth tech company. Role Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, from sourcing to offer stage Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools like Ashby, and other sourcing methods Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and deliver effective hiring strategies Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, acting as a transparent, empathetic, and inspiring representative of the company Use data to track and improve recruiting processes, optimize pipeline health, and drive decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment Role Qualifications
35 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech companies Proven success hiring for Sales or Go-to-Market roles Background in sourcing and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles Strong client management skills, including the ability to give strategic pushback and influence decisions High attention to detail with a data-driven mindset and familiarity with metrics and reporting Excellent communication skills - both in engaging with candidates and aligning expectations with hiring teams A growth mindset, high curiosity, and a passion for continuously improving processes Cirrus Core Values: What we look for in a teammate
