Responsibilities: Write and manage test cases for Zoom meetings in TestZoom or similar case management tools; Design and execute test plans for product releases; Use JIRA to report and manage bugs; Implement test automation frameworks using UIautomator, Appium, and Python, and write test automation cases; Set up and maintain the test automation device lab; Collaborate with developers and support engineers to reproduce and troubleshoot customer issues; Build release packages in Jenkins; Configure Jenkins pipelines for builds; Monitor and troubleshoot daily builds and deployments; Perform deployment validation through manual and automated testing. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent; 5+ years of experience in a related occupation; Extensive experience with Python for cross-platform automation testing (web, mobile); Experience with Atomacos and UI Automation on Mac and Windows platforms; Proficiency with Pytest for managing UI and API test cases; Experience with Requests for API automation testing; Experience configuring Jenkins for cross-platform build automation; Experience with CI/CD workflows for automated build and testing; Experience managing a test automation lab and devices; Experience with GitLab for automation, code review, and merge requests. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require travel. Additional Information: Salary Range: $168,000 - $228,700. Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity, based on qualifications and experience. Location-based salary adjustments may apply.
