Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager oversees key aspects of WorldVenture’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policies, and compliance.This position contributes in aligning HR strategies with WorldVenture’s mission goals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth daily HR operations.
Position key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Hiring:Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, job descriptions, interviewing, and onboarding process for headquarters staff and global workers Employee Relations and records:Conducting new employee orientation, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, fostering a positive work environment, maintaining personnel censuses, and records for headquarters staff and global workers Compliance:Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies Performance Management:Overseeing SEEP (performance reviews), providing feedback, and managing employee performance process and collaboratively re-engineering daily operational processes to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency Compensation and Benefits:Collaborating with the payroll department: coordinating in payroll matters, benefits, and compensation programs Strategic Planning:Working with the HR director to develop and implement HR strategies that support mission objectives, contribute to the development and implementation of talent and succession planning for WorldVenture departments Policy Development:Creating and updating HR policies and procedures Employee Engagement:Coordinate and collaborate with the HR Director for All-Staff-Meetings (ASM), communicating key information, and/or implementing strategies to improve employee morale and retention such as: special events like organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations

Communication and interpersonal skills:Effectively communicating with employees at all levels, building relationships, and resolving conflicts Problem-solving and decision-making:Detailed oriented, analyzing situations, identifying solutions, and making sound decisions. Knowledge of employment law and regulations:Understanding and applying relevant laws and regulations. Organizational and time-management skills:Adaptable to change, managing multiple tasks, and priorities effectively. Computer Skills: Computer proficiency in Microsoft Applications; aptitude to learn new technology Strategic thinking:Aligning HR strategies with WorldVenture’s mission goals.

Education and Formal Training:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of two to four years of human resources experience preferred Experience in CRM systems and Salesforce desired
