Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a QMS System Architect Specialist. This position can sit at one of the following locations on a hybrid schedule: Galesburg, MI; Houston, TX; Menomonee Falls, WI; Moon Township, PA; Raleigh, NC; or Beachwood, OH.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $108,749.97 - $159,499.96. Please note that this is a general guideline; salaries depend on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and market considerations.

This role involves defining and communicating the architectural vision for QMS to support current and future business needs, ensuring the architecture is scalable, reliable, and secure, and collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
Job Responsibilities
Design and Architecture:
Lead the design and strategy for QMS architecture, defining system components and interfaces to meet business needs, and developing scalable integration frameworks. Integration:
Design and document workflows for data exchange, collaborate on implementing integrations with ERP and third-party systems, and evaluate tools and platforms. Collaboration:
Engage with stakeholders, work cross-functionally, and provide technical guidance to teams. Performance and Optimization:
Monitor system performance, conduct usability tests, and implement best practices. Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare documentation, maintain records, and update management on progress. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution At least 8 years of experience in systems architecture and integrations 2+ years deploying Dassault Apriso QMS and SPC applications like InfinityQS 2+ years integrating Dassault Apriso QMS with ERP, MES, and cloud applications Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship No relocation benefits; candidates within 50 miles of specified locations only, except active-duty military Access to export-controlled information; U.S. person status required Technical Knowledge: Experience with QMS, ERP, SaaS integrations Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools Understanding of QMS functionalities for manufacturing Knowledge of software design principles, patterns, algorithms, data structures, multithreading Understanding of product management, DevSecOps, APIs, microservices, cloud services Basic cybersecurity concepts Experience with JIRA, Signavio Skills: Strategic thinking Analytical skills Strong communication Leadership Problem-solving We are committed to equal employment opportunity and consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
